That's Gwen Stacy. The girl was seemingly killed by some sort of... science experiment gone wrong some time ago. Now, here we see her, aboard the Triskellion, alive and well. Tony Stark enlisted the help of the scientist responsible for the creation of the "monster," Dr. Curt Connors, to help establish just HOW that's possible.
Is it just me? I never heard her say anything about the monster living inside of her.

Norman Osborn has broken free from captivity! The Green Goblin is free! As our viewers likely recall, the Goblin has been seen in battle throughout the city with none other than Spider-Man! What does Osborn's newfound freedom mean for the wall crawler?
