WE'RE PSYCHED FOR 'FUTURAMA: THE BEAST WITH A BILLION BACKS'As they say in "Spaceballs," when will then become now? Soon—June 24, to be exact. That's when we'll all get instantaneously warped to the 31st century via the brand-new, feature-length "Futurama" DVD movie, subtitled "The Beast with a Billion Backs." What's it about?

"The movie involves a planet-sized octopus, played by David Cross ('Arrested Development'), who becomes involved in a romantic relationship with all living beings in the universe," says "Futurama" co-creator David X. Cohen.

It sounds sexy, and things only gets sexier when you factor in that the film also features the voices of Brittany Murphy ("Sin City") and Stephen Hawking (um, a scientist). Animation will once again be handled by the talented people at Rough Draft Studios, who were kind enough to whip up some drawings of their favorite "Futurama" characters to get us ready for the new film. Gaze upon them, and be grateful that none of them chose to draw the Hypnotoad.
