Hasbro goes back to the Classics with new retro Autobots and Decepticons
By Zach Oat

Transformers Classics are back! This summer, Hasbro will bring the popular, Generation-1 inspired line back after a two-year hiatus, this time under their Transformers Universe banner (where they put all non-movie- or cartoon-inspired figures). Wave 1 includes all-new sculpts in two different scales—Deluxe (Sunstreaker, Prowl and Triple-Changer Tankor, a.k.a. Octane) and Ultra (Powerglide and Onslaught)—plus two repainted figures in the Voyager scale. Autobot Blaster is a repaint of the Japanese Soundblaster (complete with transforming bomb) and Decepticon Heavy Duty comes with his own Mini-Con.
